Good Evening, All!

I have a Canon MF656Cdw printer which had a printer jam with laser business cards.  I got most of the pieces out and when I removed the paper tray and turned it on its side, I found a loose roller sitting there and I cannot figure out where it belongs.  Please help.  I searched it and it came up "frame retard roller with and spring". How do I put this thing back on?

The printer would need to be taken apart to properly reload the roller. IN this situation it looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, you can contact support at 1-800-652-2666 over the phone or log into your MyCanon account.
