imageCLASS MF656Cdw printing very faint color

I purchased our Canon Color ImageCLASS MF656Cdw November if 2024 from Amazon.  I was changing the toner cartridges and I am on my third set and thinking the toner was bad but the printer is still printing very faint color if any at all.  It will not correct adjustments and I've checked for toner powered and nothing.  Nothing is working.  I need advice on what next?

I've got 2 lasers, one is the 656.  It's been a a dream thankfully.  Are you using Canon brand toners?  This is important.
