I'm using this printer at home so it's only connected by wire to one Windows 7 PC computer. It was printing fine then just stopped acknowledging print requests. I see the print requests in the queue and unplugged/plugged back in the printer cord into the computer and printer. I tried to reinstall the driver but get the msg driver is already there. Any tips on how to reconnect it will be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

In this situation, you can try clearing any jobs in the print queue. The computer will hold on to any printer connections that still have jobs in queue. You can press the windows key and the letter R at the same time on your keyboard. In the run box that comes up, you can type in control printers and then click ok In the window that comes up, you can right click on any of the connections for the printer that you see and then click the option to see what's printing. You can cancel any jobs in queue and then right click on the printer and click the option to delete.

Once all the connections are gone, you can try reinstalling the driver. If you continue to have issues, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
