I have a MF634cdw that was functioning perfectly for scanning using the MF Scan Utility. I just upgraded to the latest update for Ventura 13.2.1 and now the MF Scanning utility does not work. It says that it cannot find the Scanner. When I try to add the scanner it does not add. I have worked with Apple with two different techs and they cannot solve the issue and believe it has to do with the incompatibility of Ventura latest update with MF Scan Utility. Would appreciate any insight you could provide.

Hello SetterGuy,
If you just upgraded to the latest version of Ventura, you can take the current MF scan utilities that is in applications and move it to the trash. Once the trash has been emptied, you can download and install the Scanner Driver & Utilities for Mac V2.15.11 [macOS 10.12.6 - macOS 13.2.1] from our support site. It will load the newest version of the MF scan utility and the scanner driver for your OS.
