How can I scan multiple pages into separate documents on my canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4251?

multifunction scanner will not scan

I am trying to get my MF4370dn to scan using the toolbox ver. 4.9.  It gives me an error msg saying supported scanner not installed. the fix listed at canon does not work.

I can not print from my mf4880 wirelessly from my laptop.  The printer works well with a USB cord connected to the laptop. Could there be some small piece of information that is missing from the manuals. I have followed the directions in the manuals.
