I am trying to set up this copier canon image runner 1025if in a group of pcs of a company, it works well in pcs with win 7(x64), but does not work well in windows 8.1 pcs... sometimes printer works but scanner does not. If I want to Scan, i need to restart the pc...
Can You help me to solve this? thank you
