My LBP7660Cdn has recently decided not to print from the drawer, and am wondering if anyone has encountered this and hopefully has a fix. I can configure the printer, either via the front panel or through the driver (using UFR) to use paper source of auto or drawer 1. when unit powers up, it 'sees' the print drawer and paper as indicated by status lights. paper sensor works, if i take paper out of the drawer, the drawer 1 light blinks, put paper back in, it lights steady. but when i send a print job to the printer, it immediately gives me a message to load paper, indicating to use the multipurpose tray. WTF? never did this before. no paper jams or anything of the like. help?
