mf6140dn, mf5940dn scan/print area 5mm fields while copying

Hi! We have both models in use, default page size format - A4, printer driver lets print without fields(A4), but when copying device makes ~5mm fields on copies(A4 too). Maybe it can be corrected? Will be appreciate for any help.

Date and Time Settings not saved on MF4270
