We have a Canon MF8580CDW printer. We keep receiving faxes and none of them will print.
We keep getting the error message "Cannot print RX data. No paper."
Our paper drawer is full. We have tried adding paper to the manual feed ray in various orientations. Nothing works. It doesn't recognize any paper in the machine.
What is it looking for?

Hi pastorgregscott.
I will be able to assist you.
So that I can better assist you I would like to ask a question. What is the exact paper size that shows after "No Paper"? Does it show LTR, LGL, A4, or another size?
I look forward to your reply. Should you need immediate assistance, please contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666).
