color imageclass mf8580

My printer is Printing yellow shadow behind text and pic after changing cartridge. The color also seems a little darker than it should. the printer printed perfectly for the cartridge change. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Canon MF4350d does not work with Windows 10, did work with Windows 7

Scaner did work with windows 7 but does not work with Windows 10.  Install update drivers and it worked for a while but has stoped working.
