How can I clear a paper jam error on the CLC1140 when there is no loose paper anywhere?

How can I clear a paper jam error on the CLC 1140 when there is no loose paper anywhere in the machine?  It has been turned off & on multiple times over several weeks to no avail.

My Canon MF212w prints every other page upside down.

How do i make my Canon MF212w print all pages in the same direction? It used to but for some reason it not prints every other page upside down.

MB 2320 prints in pink and black

My printer will only print in a pink or black. I installed all new cartridges and performed to regular cleanings and a deep cleaning. It worked fine before.
