Yellow triangle on my Maxify MB2720

HELP!!!

I am trying to change out my black and cyan ink cartridge.  I have a black screen on my printer and it won't turn on!  I'm not quite sure what or if I'm doing something right/wrong. Any feedback would be of great use.  Thank you in advance.

As a first step unplug the printer and then plug it back in. Still having a problem?

Yes, I have managed to move the ink cartridges, replaced the black, but for some ungodly reason, it will NOT let me remove the cyan.  I am about to throw this printer out the window and into the street.....lol

Hello USMCwife,

If the alarm light is flashing on the printer, it will point to a problem with the hardware. The issue would need to be addressed before the ink can slide over to the changing position.. With the Maxify printers, the ink will not slide over until the printer detects that the ink is low/empty. In this situation, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the issue.
