HELP!!!I am trying to change out my black and cyan ink cartridge. I have a black screen on my printer and it won't turn on! I'm not quite sure what or if I'm doing something right/wrong. Any feedback would be of great use. Thank you in advance.
Yes, I have managed to move the ink cartridges, replaced the black, but for some ungodly reason, it will NOT let me remove the cyan. I am about to throw this printer out the window and into the street.....lol
