Super slow printing. like 1 pg every 2 mins for theSlow Printing Color ImageClasse mf753 Cdw.
Was working fine. This is ridiculous considering the year is 2023 and I paid hundreds of dollars $$$ for this.
I want to talk to a real person..

Does fine with black text printing, but I have the same problem with everything else. Scanning 20 pages takes literally all day. And printing graphics is extremely slow. This product does not live up to its specifications and is not fit to be sold, especially for $$$. It also randomly decides it will disconnect from the network so that you get an error when you try to scan. It will randomly reconnect so you get to spend your day pressing the scan button more than once in hopes it is reconnected.

Its likely your OS, and network environment are different from the user who started this thread. To receive help, please start a new thread. Please include the model of your Canon product MF753Cdw, the OS of the computer you are using it with (windows, MAC, version and build), how the device is connected and to what? Wired, wireless, etc. You mentioned receiving error messages, please include those as well. Thanks in advance, we look forward to hearing from you.

I'd like a solution from Cannon or call back by a real person, Cannon, instead of a lecture about how to post a better question. There's no reason to start a new thread because I'm having the same problem as the title of this one "Slow Printing from imageCLASS MF753Cdw" in addition to non-functional scanning, which seems to be related. I can live with the intermittent disconnections from the wifi if you fix these other two.

The slow scanning problem is with cannon image class mf753cdw. I run an iMac with the M3 chip, 8gb memory, running Sonoma 14.6.1. It doesn’t matter if I use a wireless or wired connection. It also happens from other devices on the same WiFi network.

no error messages for the slow printing; the latest versions of macOS, and the slow printing/scanning happens with both wired and wifi connections to the printer; how about some real tech support?
