Hoping to find some help here. So documents are getting sent to the printer. The printer is receiving them. But they won't print. I have tried restarting the printer. Power off, unplugged. Moved it to a different location and network. It doesn't work with a printer cable plugged in. But I can copy stuff. So it will print with the copy feature. I get an error code of 852. So far, I haven't found any viable fixes to this problem. Firmware was updated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
