The imagePROGRAF 605 is a dealer-supported model. Check the side and back of the printer for a sticker with the dealer's information. If no such sticker or information is available for the printer, you may contact Canon Solutions America (800-815-4000) for help finding a nearby dealer with whom you may establish a contract.
