I've searched everywhere and I'd rather not pay for a service call if it's simple. Our Plotwave 350's scanner has suddenly stopped working. It won't scan to USB, to an SMB server location or to a Smart Inbox. Nothing. The local user interface shows a little scanner icon with an "x" mark and also says "Please wait". The web interface doesn't say anything other than "Scanner is Switched off" in the "system" tab on the bottom of the UI interface.
For reference:
1. Printing works fine.
2. The scanning functionality had worked previously but now does not.
3. The unit has not been moved or handled in any way that would cause a mechanical failure.
4. There has been no changes to ANY settings whatsoever. The SMB settings were tested using the integrated test function with no errors.
5. We have power-cycled the unit multiple times.
Not sure what to do here. Anything would help.
