MF644CDW Printing Wrong Colors

ccsslb

I need to print a product label in #00c2c0 green/teal to match the product design. It is coming out as blue with no green hues at all. It's not even close. I did the Full Adjust for Adjust Color Gradation and it had no effect. Each product has it's own particular color and I have to be able to reproduce it for packaging and promotions. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Hi, ccsslb!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) along with which applications you're printing from. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Oh so sorry. I'm running Windows 10. The docs are created in Canva, saved to pdf, and I've tried opening & printing them through Adobe and also through Chrome, but with the same results.

I should also add that I am completely new to this printer. I finally had to retire my old Pixma after thousands and thousands of prints and I literally knew that baby inside and out. I'll get there with the Color Image I'm sure, but I have to get through the learning curve first.

Hello Ccsslb,

The color mamgement for the printer will work differently than one of our inkjet PIXMA models. I would suggest calling support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check if the printer can produce that shade of teal on the paper that you are printing on. They can help make adjustments but I can't guarantee the it will print that specific shade of teal on the paper that you are using.
