Unable to download most current D1320 firmware from support website

My serial number is being rejected from this page  when I attempt to download the firmware drivers (either Windows or Mac version)

Support | Black and White laser | imageCLASS D1320 | Canon USA

My product serial number is HQV06837 date of manufacture June 2015

Please provide me a method of download. Thanks.

Also, all methods of contacting support via the website are not working via the webforms, it's not possible to complete the submission process.

Hello Jperlow,

You can update the firmware using the operation panel on the printer. You can update it by following the path Menu button>System Settings>Update firmware.

That will download the latest version of the firmware, you would not need to download anything from our site or use a computer.
