Our printer is set up on the network we can all send print requests, so there is no issue communicating with the printer. However when we scan a document on the printer and send to an email address we have an error. Various codes #802 six times #753 once #806 four times. Our It department have spent 10 hours trying to get this work... Please assist. regards G

Greetings,
Based on the errors, it sounds like the email settings you are using on the printer are missing or incorrect.
What email provider are you using to send mail?
What settings are you using? I'm not asking for you to provide your password...
