I have a MF654 and have it all hooked up to the computer wirelessly. Whenever I scan documents it creates a new file folder with the date as the name of the folder. The scanned document name starts with IMG. When I go into the Scan Utility program, I go to settings and change the location to "Documents" and uncheck the the box that says "Save to Subfolder with Date", and I change what the file name starts with to "Scan". However, every time I scan, it still creates a new folder and I cannot figure why. Any suggestions? I attached a picture of my Ports for the unit, there are 2 listed there, is that normal?

Hello,
it is normal to see both of those ports in the list. The ports in that window will not change the setting for the scan locations. We would be happy to assist, but we would need some additional information to assist further. You can reply to this message with the information below and we can provide some troubleshooting steps or suggestions. For a more immediate resolution I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
1. What version of the Windows operating system are you using?
2. Do you run into the same issue if you try saving to a new driver or location?
