imageCLASS MF733Cdw printer random horizontal yellow bands

Replaced all 4 toner cartridges with new Canon cartridges.  But I have a yellow horizontal band on the first printed page of print jobs.  It’s about 1/3 from the top of the printed side and about 1/4” wide.  I also had magenta bands at one point but they’ve gone away.  
I’ve cleaned the ITB and fixing assembly multiple times as well as Image adjust.  But it still comes back.  
Also installed another new color toner cartridge that I got from Canon.  No change. 
any ideas?

The issue looks like one of the toner cartridges are leaking or there is loose toner powder in the printer. In this situation, you can try removing all of the toner cartridges and inspect the inside of any for any loose toner powder that can be wiped up with a damp cloth. You can also inspect the yellow toner to make sure it is not leaking/damaged. Once you reload the toner, you can perform an ITB and fixing unit cleaning. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.
