Color imageCLASS MF644Cdw - Black Printing As Gray

I have a Canon mf644cdw.  Black font is printing as gray.  This happens whether I am printing from my computer or making a copy from the platen glass.  The problem began with a large column on the page printing lighter, but now it affects all of the black ink.  The color ink looks good.  I have removed and replaced all of the cartridges, cleaned the fixing assembly, and cleaned the ITB.  The status monitor shows the black cartridge level at 30%.

I would greatly appreciate some help.

If the black text is printing as gray, you can try adjusting the image quality. You can use the steps in the link HERE to adjust the black text processing or turn on auto gradation adjustments.
