I have a Maxify MB2320 and suddenly it was printing poorly, where every a cycle of six printed black ink lines would go from solid and clear, to streaked mostly white, and back to solid and clear. I printed a test page and all the colors were perfect, and the center area of the black test patters was mostly missing, with some aberrations. I did a basic cleaning, then did two deep cleanings, and ran a test pattern after each cleaning. All test patterns were identical. I watched the ink levels dropping during these cleanings, but they still registered has having ink. I confirmed they had ink by opening up the door, and the print head didn't come out. I then started a print job, unplugged it, and while the ink head was exposed, removed the black ink cartridge and replaced it, and no change. Can someone give me some support on this? Thanks
