I have seen solutions requiring LAN hard wire connection but that isn’t a solution option for me. I must have WI-FI connect. At this point I can’t print…have tried a “hard reset” from internet directions, to no avail. To make it stop turning off and I I had to disconnect from power. Is this a Canon issue or my hardware failure?
