I have a mb2020 in my office and it just had a detrimental paper jam, not sure what caused it, but it appears that the slider that holds the ink is sitting lower than normal, causing the paper to jam under it and crinkle. This did not occur after changing ink or doing any odd tasks. It was working fine earlier in the day. After trying a hard reboot, removing the jam(10x) cleaning the heads, im at a loss for what to do and believe it is done for. Looking for Advice from the community before throwing in the towel and buying new.... #mb2020

Hello,
If the carriage is now hanging loose or is out of place after removing a paper jam, it does look like the printer needs service. Outside of the 1-year warranty, you can contact our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 and use our Upgrade program. The program would give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer. We do not have service centers that work on this model, but you can check for any third-party office equipment/printer repair in your area.
