MAXIFY GX7020 persistently needs nozzle cleaning

So far, I have been happy with my GX7020, but I am now rapidly running out of patience with it.

It persists in needing nozzle cleaning. Nozzle cleaning should only be necessary very occasionally. Why does my printer need it very often, and it often takes multiple cleans to get things back to printing, including deep cleans.

I use this printer a reasonable amount, but not to excess. It's basically me using it; it's not in an office setting.

Is there something I can do to get things back on track?

Are you using Canon ink or third party? How often between days when you are printing?

This community is very hard to use. I keep clicking on 'Reply', and it keeps giving me 'Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested.'. This one worked, for some reason.

I am using Canon ink. Still the original supplies that came with the printer.

I usually print several times a day, but occasionally miss a day or two.

Very strange behavior. Register your product and give Canon support a call.
