Hello,
I have been searching for a solution but despite trying everything, I am unable to get this to work for gmail. This worked perfectly fine as of a month ago, but I am unable to get it to work anymore.
I have tried the following:
1. Re-obtained an app-specific password.
2. Changed the email and obtained another, different, app-specific password.
3. Verified port 587 is in the network settings for SMTP.
4. Checked the TLS box.
5. Updated to latest available firmware.

You might want to call support so they can walk you through this one! They're at 800-652-2666 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET).
