MAXIFY GX2020 duplex printing paper sizes

I just recently acquired a MAXIFY GX2020 and chose it because of the duplex printing and range of paper sizes supported. I tried auto duplex printing on a5 paper with no success, and after finally digging into the manual it seems only letter and a4 is supported for this? Yet when I looked up duplex on the Canon site, it indicated that a5 was supported? Which is correct, or what can I do to support duplex printing other sizes?

Hello, 

The Gx2020 will only be able to duplex print on a4 and letter sized paper. Unfortunately, the drivers and hardware would prevent the printer from using other sizes for duplex printing.
