I've just replaced our Magenta toner but it's not working. I attempted to clean the ITB from the menu but it says "Could not perform correction"
Can someone please advise me?

Hello,
If the toner cartridge is not seated properly, it can prevent you from cleaning the ITB. You can try reseating the magenta toner and checking for any packing material. Some third party toner cartridges can also prevent you from performing certain maintenance functions. To assist further or to narrow down the issue, you can reply to this post with the information below.

The box is labeled 045 for all cartridges.
There is no error message when installing any of the cartridges
I have changed all 4 cartridges at this point and still having issues printing with cyan and magenta. Yellow and black are working fine.
