Help With DR-1100 Scanner

Hello, I apologize if this isn't in the right forum. I found several other articles about scanners here and it seemed like this MFP and printer forum was correct.
I am having issues with a DR-1100 picking up saved jobs from a workstation. This machine is setup locally and using the Canon DR-1100 Configuration Tool I gave it a handful of jobs that scan to different network locations. This machine was running perfectly fine until yesterday when all of the jobs were cleared out on the DR-1100 for no reason. I have run out of ideas on how to troubleshoot this thing and I was hoping for a fresh set of eyes.
The DR-1100 can communicate with the local machine without issue. If I go into Devices and kick a manual scan job off (saving locally) it will scan without issue. I have even toyed with disabling the firewall, disabling antivirus and checking all of the connections. None of this resolved the issue.
Has anyone run into this before?
