4890 trouble printing envelopes

I'm printing A5 envelopes and it's printing the first line of the address faintly on the envelope first (not centered) and then it is actually printing it centered as it shoudl be. At first i thought it was just smudging but i see it is actually prnting the first line of the address block twice!

Hello.

Make sure that the envelope is as flat as possible.  If parts of the envelope happen to be bulging, the ink carriage may end up rubbing the paper.
