imagerunner 1435i not supported in mf toolbox 4.9

Our office bought a new printer/scanner (imagerunner 1435i). Install was easy, printing over network works fine, MF toolbox 4.9 can not find it. With the built in win10 scanning software works fine. Any ideas?

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

we already contacted via e-mail our dealer (we are located in central Europe, Slovenia) but no anwser. We would be really grateful for any assistance. Could you provide us with a contact in our region that could give us any solutions?
