imageCLASS MF4720W MF Toolbox error when I try to scan

Hello, 

I have old PC of windows 10, and where printing & scanning is done via MF toolbox 4.9.

I bought windows 11 PC and installed the same driver & tool box, so i can print via network, but issue in scanning. I also download new software & drivers from CANON's website and still have issue. 

I got error this error when i push the SCAN button from printer:" MF TOOLBOX THAT IS SUPPORTED BY THE SCANNER YOU ARE USING MAY NOT BE INSTALLED IN YOUR COMPUTER. INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE MF TOOLBOX AND THEN PERFORM THE OPERATION AGIAN."

I opened the MF tool box- scan function > click on scan-1 button > i got the error that "THERE IS NO SCANNER SELECTED. PLEASE SELECT THE SCANNER". So i go to setting and select the CANON MF 4700 SERIES as a scanner and pressed OK. then go to SCAN-1 button and got the error: "CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH SCANNER. CABLE MAYBE DISCONNECTED , OR SCANNER MAY BE TURNED OFF. CHECK THE SCANNER STATUS AND TRY AGAIN. SCANNER DRIVER WILL BE TERMINATED." 

I installed both the driver via Cable & via Network. I cannot scan via cable or via the Netwrok.

I hope i can get my scanner back.
