We have an ImageClass MF227dw AIO.
We have three phone lines in our office.
One line is dedicated to the fax machine and the other two are for the phone.
For some reason, that I can not figure out, the fax machine seems to knock both phone lines (no dial tone) out and the fax fails even though the fax machine is on its own dedicated line. This doesn't happen with all fax numbers but it has happened enough to become a problem. I can not figure out what the problem actually is. I highly doubt that it is the fax machine. It seems like the problem is with the phone company. The phone company has come out at least 2 times and is unable to replicate the issue. Does anyone have any input on this?
