Dirty roller on imageclass mf632cdw

I’m getting streaking on my printouts and it looks like toner has contaminated the foam transfer roller. Is there a way to remove the roller and clean/replace it?

Hello,

If you are getting toner streaks on your prints, you can try removing the toner cartridges and inspecting them to see if any are leaking.

While the toner is out of the printer, you can check the inside of the printer for any loose toner powder that can be wiped up with a damp cloth. 

Once the toner has been checked and the inside has been wiped, you can try 2-3 cleanings of the ITB and FIXING UNIT.
