On our MF632Cdw printer, no matter what we print there is color leaking onto the page. We thought it had to do with the toner, so we went to Staples and bought the official toner for all four colors. However, it yields the same result. How do we fix this? Please see the attached photo.

This looks like the ITB belt needs to be cleaned.

I would also open the toner drawer and carefully remove the toners, then look for any spilled toner inside the printer. If found, vacuum it out. Do not use compressed air because this will blow it everywhere. 😲
It may take more than one cleaning so let us know if this helps. 😉
