Color ImageClass MF641Cw leaking magenta ink

I have a Color Image Class M641Cw (purchased from Walmart 2021 or 2022) that is leaking magenta ink only. I had this problem before and the only solution I found was to replace the cartridge. I bought all brand-new cartridges and the magenta ink is leaking again. It leaves spots on the top right part of the page. For now, I am pulling that cartridge out and wiping it down and then cleaning off the plate as best I can. It is fine for a sheet of paper, but then the next page that comes out has red spots on it. The cartridge looks like it is fine. I don't see any defects. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Canon toners have a warranty.  This is one of the benefits of buying OEM vs 3rd party.  I'd contact support.
