I have a MF726CDW, the drivers are current but it will not allow me to scan both sides of a document, using the document feeder, into Abobe DC even though both sides are checked in Adobe. The scan utility being used is the original Canon utility. Has anyone come across this problem and if so how do you fix it? Thanks in advance

Hello Treadhead194,
You can configure the option for duplex scan using the MF Scan utility. The scan utility will also give you the option to set Adobe as the location scans are sent to. We would be happy to assist with the issue. To provide some feedback or some troubleshooting steps, we would need some additional information. If you could reply to this message with the version of the Mac or Windows operating system on your computer, we can provide some assistance. For a more immediate resolution, you can contact our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
