MF113W printer not wanting to print


So I just  bought my Canon MF113W printer literally 2 weeks ago. And when I got it, it took me forever to get it to hook up and to work. I finally got it to work and to print. Every time I have tried to print it will not work. I have to literally fight with it to get it to hook back up to either my wifi or my cable that connects to my computer and printer. I finally got it to work, then I turned my computer off, and tried to get print something off yesterday for school and it would not work. Each time it has done this, the printer is connected to my wifi or with the cable it doesn't want to print and it keeps sending my documents into the "queue". I tried yesterday doing what I done the other day to get it work, but nothing it wouldn't even do that. So I am at a loss for what to do. I even tried redoing the printer like I did when I very first got it and hooked it up and nothing. Can anyone help with this??? I would call canon, but I don't know how to find the number to call them. And i don't have the box anymore to get the serial number to try to do it online. Can someone please help?? I have stuff for school I need to print, hinse why I bought the printer. Help!!!!!????!!!!
