imagePROGRAF PRO-4100S Error Code EC51-404D (6820)

Hello.  I have a Canon ImagePrograf 4100S printer that is giving me the error code EC51-404D (6820) and I can't find a solution as to what this error is wanting me to fix or what the problem is. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated!

If powering off the printer and unplugging the power cord for at least 20 minutes does not clear the error, your imagePRGRAF PRO-4100S will require service because a part inside the printer is malfunctioning. For help with locating an authorized service facility, I recommend you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
