I ordered some cartridges over a week ago, but apparently they're on backorder. I don't know when they'll ship. In the meantime, I found what I needed elsewhere, so I'd like to cancel the order. But the hold times for Customer Service are 30+ minutes (can't do that!) and no Live Chat is available. HELP PLS! How do I cancel this order and/or actually speak to a human about it? Thx

Is there a method to cancel the order yourself? e.g. some vendors you order from, when you log in to see your orders, there's a method to cancel. I'm not sure if Canon't web site offers this.
If not, you'll really need to contact Canon.
