Needing to talk with a Canon support person on the weekend

I am trying to reach someone at Canon today but support seems to be only available Monday-Friday.  I have a large equipment order that was scheduled to arrive yesterday but Fedex didn’t deliver.  They won’t deliver it today or  let me pick it up without Canon calling them to authorize the change.
