Hi,
I had a paper jam issue with two of my Canon printers and requested help through your online chat support. During the chat, while the service team was asking for information to provide warranty support, the chat was unexpectedly disconnected.
When I tried to reconnect, I noticed that all the information I had registered for these two printers was erased. The site asked me to register the products again, but I keep encountering constant errors on the registration page and cannot complete the process.
Could you please assist me with this issue?
