Why do I have to sign in each and every time I post a message? Canon site does not recognize my PWD

And the Canon site doesn't recognize my password.  I have to keep changing it.

If you're talking about this site, there is an auto-sign in option within your personal settings. I believe it's HERE. I hope that helps!
