Have not received carepak activation on top of registered product disappearing

For days, the drop down menu would not show the r5 mkii I wanted to register. Then I finally got it registered last night. But it’s not showing up in my account now. I also bought carepak when I bought the camera from b&h and have not received a carepak activation code yet.

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Hi, Colorsofgrey!  While we look into the issue regarding your registration, you'll want to check your inbox for any emails related to your CarePAK registration.  This could have gotten caught by your spam filter so be sure to check there.
