I'm posting this here because I wasn't offered feedback after my call, and Canon doesn't make it very easy to contact them directly.
I had an order cancelled due to a fraud notice. I have been saving for my order and I was really excited to finally be able to hit that confirm button and order it, and my disappointment was huge. I called and I was helped by someone named Zeny, and she was absolutely wonderful.
She was quick, clear, to the point, told me exactly what the problem is, listened to me, and even called me back later to confirm the order. She said she would keep an eye on it and make sure everything is processed correctly.
I just wanted to say that she did an amazing job in a world where phone support is very, very not fun. I don't like when it's mandatory, but people like Zeny make that okay.
If a Canon employee sees this and would be willing to forward this to an appropriate person, it would be great.
