I have an old LIDE 220 scanner that I have used for years with ArcSoft Photo Studio 5.5.0.74. I have scanned multiple photos through ArcSoft and it will automatically detect each picture and put a frame around it in preview view. I can then scan these photos and get multiple separate files/images automatically. I just bought a new LIDE 220 scanner and connected it to the Windows 10.1 laptop. It sees multiple photos but will not put frames around them. ArcSoft treats it as one large frame that includes all of the fictures in one file. As far as I can tell both scanners are using the same driver 20.4.2.18 and scanner numbers enbossed on the bottom of the scanner are exactly the same. Can anyone help me in figuring out how to get the scanner/software to detect multiple pictures and scan them as separate files?
