Canon provides a Windows 10 driver for the Canoscan LiDE 220.

Since Canon provides a Windows 10 driver, why does it also publish this disclaimer for the LiDE 220: "Operation can only be guaranteed on a PC with pre-installed Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista or XP."

SOLUTION:
Canon technical support explained that the disclaimer only applies to the drivers on the CD that comes with the scanner. It doesn't apply to the Windows 10 driver available on the website (obviously.)
