How do I know what to upgrade to next? - Advice for upgrading from EOS Rebel T6

I've been work with the "T series" since I was in high school (2016), the current camera I use is a T6 but feel that its time for upgrades for all my gear. I feel like now I'm surrounded by so many choices that I can't decide where to start.
